Junior Senior formado durante 1998 en Dinamarca, Junior (Jesper Mortensen) y Senior (Jeppe Laursen), fueron una banda que abarcó una amplia variedad de géneros como el Dance, Punk, Hip-hop, Rock & Roll y Pop. Durante su existencia editaron «D-D-Don’t Stop the Beat» (2003), que incluye su mas grande éxito comercial «Move Your Feet»; Su segundo album «Hey Hey My My Yo Yo» (2005) alcanzo el tope de las listas en Japón pero no así en el resto del mundo, la edición estadounidense de este álbum incluía un segundo CD con el EP «Say Hello, Wave Goodbye» (2007) editado de forma independiente en otras partes del mundo, mismo que sería el último material grabado por la banda, que mediante un anuncio en su sitio de myspace en el 2008 decidieron separarse y dedicarse por completo a sus proyectos personales «I Scream Ice Cream» de Jesper Mortensen y «jeppe» de Jeppe Laursen.

The Ting Tings es una banda electro pop indie de Islington Mill, Salford, Manchester (Reino Unido) formada por Jules De Martino (batería y coros) y Katie White (voz y guitarra) en el año 2006.
Su primer álbum, We Started Nothing, fue lanzado el 20 de mayo de 2008, tras haber lanzado tres singles desde principios de 2008: «Great DJ», «That’s not my Name» (que llegó al #1 en la lista de singles de Reino Unido el 18 de mayo de 2008) y «Shut up and Let me go».
